In the early stages, I was involved in coordinating the pre-visualizations and attended nearly every script meeting to ensure we were staying on brand for the client. Also, I was assigned as the studio casting director, which left me in charge of creating one-sheets for seven characters, coordinating with various talent agencies, reviewing auditions, and making top selects for the client studio. For the live-action shoot, I was tasked with being the Unit Production Manager. After principle photography wrapped I was back to my duties as the production coordinator. These duties included tracking artist tasks, show progression, and ensuring all deadlines were hit on time.
QUEENS OF EGYPT: TOMB OF NEFERTARI (2019)
For the Queens of Egypt exhibit my main responsibility was overseeing the production of the virtual tour for the Tomb of Nefertiti. I was responsible for tracking the artist and show progression. Also, I was present for meetings with the client and was responsible for assisting in note taking, and ensuring said notes made it to the department supervisors and artists assigned to the project. Lastly, I assisted in setting up and running project related meetings with various department heads throughout the production.
HISTORY COLORADO CENTER: ATRIUM ENHANCEMENT (2019)
This was a concept video to help previs the future atrium enhancement at History Colorado Center. I was brought on to assist with tracking shot progression, and ensuring the project would meet its deadline on time and on budget.

My tasks for this project included tracking the progression of final refinements for the 2018 version as well as assisting with editorial tasks and providing compositing related notes.

On Hulk: Epsilon Base 3D I tracked the progression of final refinements for the 2018 version. Also, I assisted with editorial tasks with regards to videos being sent to the client.
